The theme of 14th IAVE Asia-Pacific Regional Volunteer Conference focuses attention on volunteering as a powerful force to stand against uncertainty and fear about the future are created by the constancy of economic, social, political, demographic and environmental change that destabilize the lives of individuals and their communities.
Volunteering is a way for people to build social connections that contribute to strengthening civil society. It is a way for all people to contribute to building a healthier, safer world for everyone.
We gather in Macao SAR for the 14th IAVE Asia-Pacific Regional Volunteer Conference to share with, learn from and support one another. Participants will represent the broadest range of leadership for volunteering – from NGOs, Volunteer Centers, business and government.
The conference offers opportunities to strengthen communication and collaboration across the region, to promote the development of volunteering through a common agenda of actions and to create a new era to strengthen volunteer efforts and spirits in the risk society.

§ Youth Volunteering and Service Learning
